All orders and purchases made through this Website are also subject to the Terms of Use.

MPGS may correct errors and inaccuracies or change or update any information on this Website at any time and without notice, including with respect to price and availability of items. All prices listed on this Website are listed in Canadian dollars and US dollars (US dollar prices are for indication purposes only and MPGS makes no warrantees as to their accuracy). All charges shall be processed in Canadian dollars and converted by your credit card company to local currency. You agree to pay for all charges noted herein as payable by you. MPGS also reserves the right to limit the quantity of items that you may buy. MPGS reserves the right not to ship to certain addresses. All items are delivered by a third party, and delivery is governed by their shipping contracts.

All works, content and materials on this Website, including without limitation, all text, design, graphics, drawings, photographs, code and software (the "Materials") and all organization and presentation of the Materials, which forms a part of this Website, are the exclusive property of MPGS or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws relating to copyright, trade-marks, official marks, trade names, trade dress and other proprietary rights. Nothing on this Website shall be construed as providing, by implication, estoppel or otherwise any license to any of the Materials under any intellectual property right of MPGS or its licensors, except as expressly granted herein. Trade-marks and Copyright

The trade-marks, service marks, logos, slogans and Internet domain names on the Website are the exclusive property of MPGS.. All Royal Canadian Mounted Police official marks on the Website are the exclusive property of the RCMP and are used with the express written consent of the RCMP. Use of any such property, except as expressly authorized, shall constitute a violation of the rights of the owner of the property.

General

The Website can be accessed from all provinces and territories of Canada, as well as from other countries around the world. As each of these jurisdictions has laws that may differ from those of the Province of Alberta, by accessing the Website, you acknowledge and agree that all matters relating to access to, or use of, the Website shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. You also agree and hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts of the Province of Alberta and acknowledge that you do so voluntarily and are responsible for complying with local laws excluding conflicts of laws principles therein. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply.

MPGS's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right.

Should any part of the Terms of Use be declared invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, this shall not affect the validity of any remaining portion and such remaining portion shall remain in full force and effect as if the invalid portion of the Terms of Use had been eliminated.
